We can deliver the merchandise door to door by EMS.(world postal service) For packages that exceed the size and weight limitations of EMS, we use UPS. EMS is the cheapest and fastest way of shipment. Guarantee Policy
All our NEW merchandise( except outlet merchandise,like a flawed and discontinued goods) is guaranteed for 6 months to 1 year by both the manufacturer and Apollonmusic. 　Used merchandise is guaranteed for 6 months by Apollonmusic. The following are not included in our guarantee: after re-model,replace any parts,customize,,re-adjustment of your self, checked finishes ( which are the result of extreme temperature and or humidity canges), and damage resulting from abuse, accident, or improper use. We will repair the merchandise you purchased from us unless the failure is caused by misuse, However,The shipping fee will be charged to your account. We can not accept any cancellation if we already have shipped the merchandise. As we know , Freight cost is so tough! Before ordering ,Please take consideration for the policy stated above. Return Policy
We offer72 hours from arrival of item , No return is available on USED,as-is merchandise unless it is damaged through shipping . Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The instrument must be sent back fully insured and properly packed. We will issue a refund and let you know as soon as we verify that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped,

if you need a manual other than in Japanese , please let us know . we will order it from the maker. The cost may vary. in same case we can send it to you free of charge. if the manual is not free, we will add the price and postal fee to your total fee.
